My stay at Riad Hannah was a mixed bag. The location is a bit tricky to get to, hidden amongst the alleys, but once you arrive, the warmth of the staff shines through. Khalid and Skildachi were super friendly and made me feel right at home. However, the room I stayed in could have been cleaner and had some maintenance issues, which kind of brought my overall experience down a notch.
Rooms

My room was clean but had minimal decor. The bathroom situation was weird; there was just a curtain, which felt awkward. Additionally, it needed better lighting and could've been cleaner overall.
Service

The staff were genuinely kind and super helpful, especially Khalid and Skildachi. They went out of their way to assist with transport and making my stay more enjoyable.

While the Riad is in a cool area of the Medina and close to the main square, navigating back could be a bit scary at night as some alleys close up, making it easy to feel lost.
Dining
5.5
The meals were decent, especially the breakfast, but it felt a bit basic. A standard mix of eggs and bread, nothing to rave about, but it did the job.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were pretty standard, and while some services were available, I wouldn’t say they exceeded my expectations. The air conditioning was also a bit dodgy.

I had a mixed experience at Riad Todos in Marrakesh. While the location is fantastic, being close to the bustling Jamal El-Fna square, I encountered issues like noisy nights and cleanliness concerns. The staff were friendly and helpful, but my stay was marred by extra charges that I wasn't informed of in advance.

My room had a slight damp smell and noise from outside made it less enjoyable. However, the traditional decor was charming.
Service

The staff were nice and went out of their way to assist me, but the receptionist's handling of billing left a negative impression.

I spent five days at Hotel Riad Todos and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the central square, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. Ramon, the owner, was especially helpful in guiding us around the city and making our stay enjoyable. On the downside, the noise from the common area was a bit disruptive in the evenings, but overall, I would highly recommend this Riad.

My stay at Riad Todos was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent and quite central, the service left much to be desired. I encountered unexpected charges and poor communication from the staff, which made my experience less enjoyable.

My stay at Hotel Riad Todos was a mixed bag. While the location in the heart of the medina offered easy access to local attractions and a lovely courtyard to relax in, I faced significant challenges with the service and room quality.
Rooms
5.0
The room was well-situated but quite cold, likely due to the architecture. It lacked some basic maintenance, with damaged furnishings and a damp smell that persisted despite opening the windows. Noise from the courtyard was an ongoing issue as well.
Service
5.0
I found the staff to be unfriendly and dismissive at times, which really detracted from my experience. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of service typically expected at such places.
Location

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Jemma el-Fna square, nestled among the souks. Although finding it initially felt daunting due to the narrow streets, the charm of the area quickly made up for it.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was somewhat simple but adequate, featuring eggs and a decent selection of fresh bread and jam. However, I wished for more variety during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
Although the facilities included some nice touches like a shared courtyard, I was disappointed by the broken rooftop jacuzzi and minimal room service options. A lack of bar facilities was also noted.
